Roberto's is hiring a precise Senior Cashier to manage all payment processes and financial reconciliation. The Senior Cashier ensures accuracy and compliance in all high-value transactions, providing a smooth close to the luxury guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods, ensuring accuracy in change and documentation.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare end-of-shift financial reports.
• Assist in training junior cashier staff and resolving complex billing issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial control and security procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury or fine dining is mandatory.
• Proven accuracy in cash handling and daily financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems.
• Ability to maintain professional composure under pressure.
