Senior Planning Engineer

• The Senior Planning Engineer will lead the project scheduling and progress monitoring for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for creating the master schedule and identifying potential bottlenecks before they occur.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6, incorporating MEP, Civil, and Infrastructure timelines.
• Progress Monitoring: Analyze actual progress against the baseline and prepare Earned Value Analysis (EVA) reports.
• Delay Analysis: Identify causes of delay and assist the project team in developing mitigation strategies or extension of time (EOT) claims.
• Reporting: Prepare high-level dashboards and reports for stakeholders and executive management.
• Requirements:
• 10–15 years of experience in project planning within the UAE.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong background in large-scale construction or civil infrastructure.
