Team Leader - Body Care

D Luxe Car Care is hiring an experienced Team Leader to supervise our Body Care section, specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Polishing. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, leadership ability, and a meticulous focus on quality to ensure every vehicle delivered meets premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the PPF and Polish team to ensure excellent application and finish results.
• Perform comprehensive quality checks before final vehicle delivery to the client.
• Train and guide staff on the latest materials, tools, and application techniques.
• Monitor daily workflow, team attendance, and individual productivity.
• Communicate effectively with management and the reception team regarding work status and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in specialized areas: Paint Protection Film (PPF), Polishing, and Car Detailing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset are mandatory.
• Proficient communication skills in English or Arabic are preferred.
