Technical Manager

ASCC is looking for a highly experienced and talented Technical Manager to lead the technical and design coordination aspects of high-rise building projects. This senior role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience in managing complex technical documentation and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the project's technical office, ensuring all design, shop drawings, and submittals are handled efficiently and comply with specifications.
• Coordinate between the design consultants, site team, and procurement department to resolve all technical issues promptly.
• Review and approve material submittals, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Lead and mentor the technical staff, including engineers and draftsmen.
• Manage the successful execution of all technical aspects of high-rise building projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in technical management within the UAE construction sector.
• Excellent knowledge of construction standards, codes, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE.
