📌 Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled E-Commerce Specialist to manage the day-to-day backend operations of our online platform, focusing on Fruits & Vegetables segments and markets.

This role involves order processing, customer service, fulfillment coordination, system integration with Shopify, and online merchandising support. You will also contribute to improving operational efficiency through automation and data-driven reporting.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage online orders through NRTC website & 3rd party platforms
• Provide customer support for deliveries, replacements, returns, refunds, and cancellations
• Coordinate with the delivery team for customer locations and related details
• Work with the purchase team on stock availability and new product updates
• Prepare daily promotions, price updates, and benchmarking reports against competitors
• Supervise and support the online picking team on item availability, quality, and packing
• Manage procurement for online warehouse supplies and packaging items
• Collaborate with the marketing team on e-commerce development plans

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce operations
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes & platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Currently residing in the UAE (preferred)
