Job Summary:

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the hotel’s engineering and maintenance operations. The role focuses on innovation, sustainability, and ensuring a world-class guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the hotel’s engineering team, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative operations
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems
• Implement preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives to reduce energy costs and environmental impact
• Manage capital improvement projects and coordinate with contractors for flawless execution
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, fire safety, and environmental codes
• Mentor and develop the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or large-scale facilities management, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
