Job Description

As a Painter (Engineering), you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s appearance, ensuring all surfaces, walls, ceilings, and furniture meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, putty, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture.
• Work on gypsum board cutting, installation, and finishing.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns effectively for various surfaces.
• Maintain and follow the property’s color scheme specifications.
• Apply primers/sealers to prepare surfaces such as bare wood or metal.
• Remove old finishes by sanding, stripping, or abrasive blasting.
• Protect surfaces during painting with coverings and signage.
• Clean and properly store painting tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for paint, varnish, and stain mixing.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures to avoid injuries.
• Report accidents/incidents immediately to supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Painter in the UAE hospitality industry.
• Strong hands-on skills with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
