Arjaan by Rotana – Dubai Media City is looking for a Front Desk Agent who is dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate about guest services. The role involves providing professional, customer-focused service to ensure guests enjoy a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure.
- Personally greet guests by name (if known) and escort them to their rooms.
- Conduct room and hotel familiarization, assist with activity inquiries.
- Stay updated with hotel information, promotions, events, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Monitor and maintain awareness of daily room rates and occupancy levels.
- Accurately manage cashiering and Front Desk operations according to policies and procedures.
- Process guest accounts from check-in to check-out with accurate postings of all charges.
- Protect guest privacy by ensuring the confidentiality of all information.
- Fully understand hotel policies, procedures, facilities, and service standards.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
- Previous Front Office / Guest Services experience in a hotel is preferred.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal); knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Computer literate, experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-driven, proactive, and adaptable personality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
