Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise waitstaff during service

Ensure guests receive impeccable service

Handle special guest requests and complaints professionally

Assist in training new team members

Skills & Requirements:

Previous experience as Head Waiter or Senior Waiter

Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards

Fluency in English; other languages beneficial
