GEMS Wellington Academy, Silicon Oasis (WSO) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our dynamic team from January 2026. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Maths instruction to KS4/KS5 students or equivalent levels.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners and ensure engagement.
• Build positive relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Incorporate creativity, fun, and evidence-based teaching pedagogy into lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (BEd) or equivalent; PGCE / PGDE preferred.
• Proven experience teaching Maths at KS4/KS5 or equivalent levels.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and reflective educator with a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to providing outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
• Ability to actively contribute to school culture and extra-curricular activities.
• UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check required for safeguarding.
