As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out — and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and reservation processes seamlessly.
- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ensure smooth running of the Front Office Department in line with hotel standards.
- Work proactively with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and handle cash/credit transactions securely.
- Uphold grooming standards and promote the hotel’s culture of service excellence.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: AED 1,900
- Average Service Charge: AED 700
- Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive Yes I Can! attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- A passion for creating extraordinary guest service.
- Previous hospitality/front desk experience beneficial but not essential.
- Chinese-speaking candidates are a plus.
