As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out — and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
  • Handle check-in, check-out, and reservation processes seamlessly.
  • Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth running of the Front Office Department in line with hotel standards.
  • Work proactively with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash/credit transactions securely.
  • Uphold grooming standards and promote the hotel’s culture of service excellence.

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: AED 1,900
  • Average Service Charge: AED 700
  • Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate

Required Qualifications

  • Flexibility and a positive Yes I Can! attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • A passion for creating extraordinary guest service.
  • Previous hospitality/front desk experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Chinese-speaking candidates are a plus.
