Role Summary:
We are hiring an Assistant Chief Steward to help lead and manage the Stewarding department. You will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and glassware, ensuring the highest level of hygiene.
?Key Requirements:
?Prior experience in a supervisory role within a Stewarding or Kitchen hygiene department.
?Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
?Must be willing to grow into and willing to put in work for future role.
