Assistant Manager Nursing

LIFE Medical Centre is hiring a dynamic Manager or Assistant Manager of Nursing to oversee and direct clinical nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent, safe, and quality patient care. This leadership role is crucial for managing staff, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities (Inferred and based on requirements):

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the nursing team, ensuring adequate staffing and competency.
• Manage day-to-day nursing administration, scheduling, and operational tasks.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality management and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure the nursing department's practices comply with all relevant UAE healthcare regulations (e.g., DHA/MOH).
• Facilitate strong communication and collaboration between nursing staff, physicians, and management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid nursing license (and be eligible for DHA licensing in Dubai).
• Experience: Proven experience in nursing supervision, administration, and quality management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and nursing best practices.
