What We're Looking For:

  • Previous call centre experience is required (experience in the healthcare sector is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle patient inquiries and appointments efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations including MS Office and CRM software.
