Job Description

Palma Beach Resort and Spa is hiring a skilled Chef De Partie (CDP) responsible for managing a specific kitchen section. The CDP ensures consistent food quality, adherence to recipes, and supervision of junior culinary staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the assigned kitchen section, ensuring food production meets resort standards.
  • Supervise Commis and junior staff working in the section, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
  • Control inventory and stock rotation within the section to minimize waste.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) in the work area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) as a Chef de Partie or equivalent supervisory role in a hotel or resort kitchen.
  • Professional culinary qualification/certification.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
