Core Requirements:

  • Background: Proven professional background in hospitality or general customer service is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Location: Must be based in the UAE and available to work in Dubai.
  • Salary: Competitive salary range offered (5,000–10,000 AED) based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products or services to provide accurate information.
  • Process customer transactions, documentation, and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address service deficiencies or process improvements.
