Job Description

Palma Beach Resort and Spa is hiring a skilled Demi Chef De Partie (DCDP) to support the Chef de Partie and manage a station within the kitchen. The DCDP plays a key role in food preparation, quality control, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Run a specific station or area of the kitchen under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.
  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipe standards during service.
  • Ensure accurate portion control and maintain food quality consistency.
  • Train Commis Chefs and ensure the station maintains hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (2-3 years) as a DCDP or experienced Commis 1 in a hotel or resort kitchen.
  • Professional culinary qualification/certification.
  • Strong practical cooking skills and attention to detail.
