Elv Technician

SAMA Integrated Smart Systems is seeking an ambitious and experienced ELV Technician to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a skilled professional passionate about innovation and thrives on tackling challenges within the Extra Low Voltage (ELV) sector.

The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management—from installation and integration to maintenance and support—of cutting-edge ELV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and PAVA systems, across diverse sites in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• System Installation & Configuration: Lead the installation, testing, and configuration of various ELV systems, including CCTV, biometric/RFID Access Control, Audio-Visual (intercoms/PA), and Structured Cabling for network and telecom.
• Specialized System Setup: Install and configure specialized mechanisms like automatic sliding doors, gate barriers, and Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems, ensuring adherence to manufacturer and project specifications.
• Technical Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide precise installations.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks to optimize system performance and promptly diagnose and repair faults to minimize client downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all installations adhere to the highest safety standards and comply with local regulations.
• Client Support & Training: Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for clients on proper system usage and maintenance. Respond promptly to service calls to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs, providing updates to project managers.
• Teamwork & Availability: Assist team members as needed and be available for emergency service calls outside of regular working hours.
