Fabrication Foreman

The Fabrication Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all daily activities within the fabrication workshop. This includes supervising Fabricators, Welders, and Fitters, assigning tasks, interpreting complex engineering drawings, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, and managing material flow and equipment maintenance. The Foreman is the key point of contact for the workshop, responsible for team productivity and site safety.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Proven, extensive experience as a Fabrication Foreman or Workshop Supervisor in the steel fabrication industry.
• Expert ability to read, interpret, and implement complex engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Strong knowledge of all fabrication processes, including cutting, fitting, welding, and grinding, with a focus on quality and tolerance control.
• Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills; ability to manage, train, and motivate a large, diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for planning production schedules and coordinating with management.
• Commitment to enforcing and maintaining strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in the workshop.
