Job Description

The FM Coordinator will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Facilities Management and MEP Operations teams. This role ensures operational efficiency through effective scheduling, coordination, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the FM and MEP technical teams.
  • Assist in the daily scheduling and dispatching of technicians for maintenance and service calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, service reports, and equipment maintenance history.
  • Coordinate internal communication between technical staff, clients, and management.
  • Manage the inventory of small parts, tools, and consumables for MEP operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, scheduling, administration, or FM support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with technical teams.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
