1. QC Inspector - Painting & Coating
This role involves conducting daily painting and coating inspections and coordinating with the client during site visits.

Core Responsibilities: Conduct daily painting inspections; prepare and finalize Painting Procedure Specifications and Inspection Test Plans (ITP); carry out inspections for field-applied coating.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Painting Inspection.

Certified Painting Inspection qualification (NACE / BGAS L-2).

Previous approval from ADNOC Group or other Oil/Gas clients is necessary.

Exposure to field joint coating in Pipelines (HSS/HB-PU Wrapping Methods).

Willingness to reside in project accommodation.

2. QC Inspector - Welding
This role focuses on daily welding inspections and coordinating with the client during site visits.

Core Responsibilities: Prepare and schedule all required procedure qualifications including PWHT (Post-Weld Heat Treatment); conduct Welding Procedure Specifications and witness mechanical testing; supervise QC activities related to Pipelines/Piping and Hydro/Pneumatic testing.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Welding Inspection.

Certified Welding Inspector (AWS/CSWIP 3.1).

Certified ASNT Level-2.

Previous approval in ADNOC Group or other Oil/Gas clients is necessary.

Experience in cross-country pipeline projects with larger diameter pipes in the automatic welding process is an advantage.

Willingness to reside in project accommodation.
