General Manager

ITALCO International is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to take the lead in their Interior Fitout & Joinery projects. This is a high-level role responsible for the overall success and management of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing)

You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of interior fitout and joinery projects, which includes:

• Sales & Business Development: Driving new business and expanding the company's market presence.
• Project Management & Execution: Overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all projects.
• Operations & Team Management: Managing day-to-day operations and leading the team to ensure high performance.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and complies with relevant regulations.

Essential Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Extensive Experience: Proven experience of 6 to 7 years working in interior fitout and joinery specifically within the UAE.
• Leadership Skills: Must possess strong leadership and project management skills to guide teams and manage complex projects effectively.
• Valid UAE License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
