Helper

The Helper provides essential support to the skilled Fabricators, Welders, and Fitters in the workshop. Responsibilities include moving materials, preparing work areas, assisting with grinding and cleaning tasks, organizing tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Willingness to perform manual labor and follow instructions effectively.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a steel fabrication or industrial workshop.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
• No prior experience necessary, but a dedication to learning is essential.
