Job Description

Nehal Hotel Abu Dhabi is hiring a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise and manage the daily activities of the Room Attendants and public area cleaners. The leader ensures the delivery of impeccable cleanliness and maintenance standards throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff, monitoring work progress and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring adherence to hotel protocols.
  • Assist in training new staff members and managing departmental documentation.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE only will be considered.
  • Relevant hotel experience is preferred, specifically in a supervisory housekeeping role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
