Job Description

The HR/Admin Associate will provide essential administrative and human resources support, ensuring efficient operation across all people-related functions. This mixed role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new employee onboarding.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, documentation, and data within HR systems (HRIS).
  • Policy & Compliance: Support the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing guidance and support on policies, benefits, and leave requests.
  • Payroll & Data: Assist with payroll processing, time management records, and generating reports from HR systems as requested.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a combined HR/Administrative role, preferably in the Food and Beverage/Hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
  • Required: Ability to maintain Confidentiality and Discretion at all times.
