Job Description

LIFE Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to manage and execute all aspects of human resources within our dynamic healthcare environment. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of HR principles coupled with specialized experience in the complexities of the medical field, including licensing (DHA/MOH/HAAD), clinical staffing, and sector-specific labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical, administrative, and support staff, ensuring alignment with LIFE Clinic's standards and patient care mission.
  • Specialized Onboarding: Manage the critical onboarding and verification process, specifically ensuring all clinical personnel (Nurses, Doctors, Technicians) possess valid and current licensing from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or relevant UAE health bodies.
  • Conduct effective and comprehensive interviews, and oversee background and reference checks.

Employee Relations & Development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policy.
  • Facilitate performance management cycles, including performance appraisals, professional development plans, and training needs assessments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with UAE Labour Law, specifically within the healthcare context.

Compensation & Administration

  • Manage employee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management systems.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (physical and digital).
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory HR requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated, progressive HR experience is required, specifically within the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, or medical centers in the UAE).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to manage professional relationships at all organizational levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and specialized regulatory requirements for clinical licensing (DHA).
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software.
