Job Description

Proficient is seeking a proactive and skilled HR Executive to manage and support our core human resources functions. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations, supporting our employees, and ensuring compliance across all HR areas.

Job Description: The HR Executive will manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, interviewing, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • HR Administration & Data: Maintain and update all employee records, personal files, and the central HR database with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer attendance and leave management, and coordinate with the accounts department for seamless payroll processing and fairness.
  • Compliance: Ensure full company compliance with all relevant labor laws, visa procedures, and internal HR policies.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary actions with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare necessary HR reports, letters, memos, and documentation as required by management and regulatory bodies.
  • Development: Coordinate and assist with employee training, development, and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR (experience gained in a home country is accepted).
  • Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office applications and various HR systems (HRIS).
