Job Description

?The HR Executive will be responsible for administering and managing the daily operations of the human resources department, focusing heavily on recruitment and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law for a workforce primarily in the construction and contracting fields.

?1. Talent Acquisition & Management

?Recruitment Life Cycle: Manage the full cycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and negotiating offers for both white-collar and blue-collar staff.

?Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientation and briefing sessions to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

?Documentation: Prepare and issue essential HR documents like employment contracts and offer letters.

?2. HR Operations & Compliance

?Legal Compliance: Ensure full adherence to UAE Labour Law and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations.

?Employee Administration: Oversee all processes related to Visa processing, medical tests, Emirates ID issuance, and labour contract registration/renewals.

?Exit Management: Manage employee separation processes, including visa cancellations, calculating gratuity, and preparing final settlements.

?Data Integrity: Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee personnel records and HRIS data.

?Payroll Support: Assist in processing and verifying monthly payroll inputs, allowances, and attendance records.

?3. Employee Relations

?Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.

?Support line managers with performance management and disciplinary procedures.

?Skills and Qualifications

?Mandatory Requirements:

?Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Executive or similar role is mandatory.

?UAE Experience: Prior experience working in an HR role within the UAE is essential.

?Sector Background: Previous experience within the UAE construction, engineering, or contracting industry is highly preferred.

?Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

?Key Skills:

?Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration processes.

?Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

?Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is essential).

?Organizational: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
