Job Description

ALFIRAS is hiring an HR Payroll Officer to manage and support growing operations in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong attention to detail and solid knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and experience with a 3–5 year background. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process accurately and on time (including calculations, deductions, and disbursements).
  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law regarding salaries, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, track attendance, and manage leave accruals.
  • Coordinate with the finance and HR teams regarding payroll data inputs and outputs.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant payroll experience is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Salary Range: AED 7,000 – 8,000.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred but not limited to.
