Shifa Al Jazeera UAE is seeking a qualified Insurance Coordinator to join the team in Sharjah and Ajman. This specialized role manages the communication and documentation related to patient health insurance, ensuring claims are handled correctly.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage details, and policy limits prior to service.
  • Coordinate necessary documentation between patients, clinical staff, and insurance providers.
  • Manage patient communication regarding payment responsibilities and non-covered services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all insurance pre-approvals and payment guarantees.

Requirements:

  • English and Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
  • UAE experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
  • Knowledge of common insurance company protocols and systems.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
