Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on specialized support and professional development, with duties varying slightly based on the track:

Core Development & Technical Support

  • Training & Exposure: Participate fully in structured on-the-job training specific to heavy equipment (e.g., Astra, IVECO, etc.) operations, maintenance, and technical specifications.
  • Documentation: Accurately document technical findings, inspection reports, and detailed service records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new heavy equipment technologies and operational best practices, and contribute to process improvement and safety initiatives.

Sales Track Focus (If Assigned)

  • Support sales teams by preparing technical proposals, product demonstrations, and quotations.
  • Assist in analyzing specific customer requirements to recommend the most suitable heavy equipment solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

Service Track Focus (If Assigned)

  • Assist service engineers in inspecting, diagnosing, and maintaining heavy equipment machinery.
  • Support the execution of preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, performance checks, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Coordinate with the workshops, spare parts teams, and field technicians to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
