Key Responsibilities:

• Make accurate and timely decisions regarding approvals or denials of medical services based on medical necessity and policy guidelines.
• Ensure patient care considerations are fully addressed throughout the approval process.
• Balance medical necessity with insurance coverage and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, insurance representatives, and internal medical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical approvals or health insurance processes.
