MEP Testing & Commissioning Engineer

Spectrum Cube Technical Services is looking for a meticulous MEP Testing & Commissioning Engineer to manage the final verification and handover process of all installed MEP systems. This role ensures all systems function correctly and comply with design specifications and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Testing and Commissioning (T&C) plans and procedures for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Lead and coordinate the execution of all T&C activities on site, including functional performance tests.
• Document all test results, prepare final commissioning reports, and manage the system handover process.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and contractors during the T&C phase.

Requirements:

• Relevant engineering degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 5-7 years UAE/GCC experience specifically in MEP Testing and Commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of all major MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and relocate to any allocated Emirate in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
