Neurosurgeon

Gaelan Hospital is seeking an experienced Neurosurgeon responsible for performing surgical interventions to treat conditions affecting the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system. This is a high-skill role requiring exceptional technical expertise and the ability to manage critical cases.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex surgical procedures for neurological conditions, including trauma, tumors, vascular disorders, and spinal column diseases.
• Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative care for all neurosurgery patients.
• Lead and coordinate the surgical team in the operating theatre.
• Consult with other specialists, including Neurologists and Oncologists, for comprehensive patient management.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD/MS) degree with completion of an accredited residency and fellowship in Neurosurgery.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization surgical experience.
• Eligibility for Consultant MOH licensing in Sharjah.
• Proven skills in microsurgery and advanced surgical techniques.
