Job Description/Key Responsibilities

• Handle booking and arrangement for travel inquiries and requests received via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate for better rates and/or conditions.
• Provide recommendations for hotels, restaurants, and transportation based on customers' requests and interests.
• Provide information on travel visas and requirements.
• Handle travel operations, including reservations, and maintain a standby presence at the hotel and/or assigned venue to ensure smooth tour arrangements.
