Painter

We are hiring a dedicated and meticulous Painter to perform high-quality interior and exterior painting tasks on various properties managed by Khidmah. The role requires skill in surface preparation, application techniques, and an eye for detail to ensure a flawless finish. A valid driver's license is required for site mobility.

?Key Responsibilities

?Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling holes and cracks.

?Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

?Apply protective coatings, fire-retardant paint, or specialized finishes as needed.

?Erect scaffolding or ladders and ensure a safe work environment.

?Perform minor plastering, skimming, and drywall repairs as required before painting.

?Clean and maintain all tools, equipment, and work areas after project completion.

?Required Skills & Qualifications

?Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as a professional Painter.

?Excellent color matching and texture application skills.

?Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and surface preparation techniques.

?Ability to work at heights using appropriate safety gear.

?Must possess a valid local Driver's License.

?Attention to detail and a commitment to completing work on schedule.
