Photographer & Videographer

North Point Education is seeking a dynamic and highly creative Photographer cum Videographer to visually document and narrate the vibrant student life, academic achievements, and major events across our educational network in the UAE.

This essential role demands a keen eye for detail and the technical expertise to produce high-quality, professional visual content that is central to our marketing, admissions, and communications strategies. You will be instrumental in enhancing the school's digital presence and brand image.

Core Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Content Production: Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality, compelling photographs and videos of daily school activities, sporting events, concerts, graduation ceremonies, and classroom achievements.
• Post-Production Mastery: Expertly edit, retouch, and color-correct photographs (using tools like Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom) and professionally edit video content (using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro) for various digital platforms.
• Digital Storytelling: Produce engaging, short-form video content optimized for social media (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form content for the school website and marketing campaigns.
• Brand Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure all visual output strictly aligns with North Point Education's brand guidelines, tone, and strategic messaging.
• Media Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive, organized, and easily searchable digital archive of all media assets, ensuring proper file naming and metadata tagging.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage projects and visual requests efficiently to meet tight marketing deadlines and support diverse school initiatives.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven professional experience in both photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles. Experience within the educational or corporate sector is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of professional camera equipment, lighting, sound capture, and post-production software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro is a must).
• Creativity: A natural, creative eye for visual composition and the ability to find and capture authentic, emotional moments that tell a story.
• Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate with students, parents, faculty, and the marketing team.
