Job Description

Coop House is hiring a skilled Pizza Section In-Charge to manage all aspects of pizza production. This role involves leadership, specialized culinary skills in dough preparation and baking, and maintaining the quality and speed of service for the pizza section.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the entire pizza section, ensuring efficiency and quality control during all service periods.
  • Oversee the preparation of dough, toppings, and sauces according to standardized Italian recipes.
  • Train and supervise junior staff (Commis/Helpers) working in the pizza section.
  • Ensure the timely and consistent production of high-quality, authentic pizzas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the pizza ovens and workstation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing a specialized pizza section or station.
  • Expert knowledge of various pizza styles, dough making, and oven operation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Passionate about exceptional Italian cuisine.
