Project Manager

ALGHURAIR CEW is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director/Project Manager to take leadership of major residential construction initiatives. This executive role demands extensive experience in managing large-scale precast villa projects across their entire lifecycle.

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing comprehensive leadership and management across all phases of large-scale residential and compound precast villa projects, from initial planning and design through construction and final completion. The role requires strong expertise in financial oversight, contract negotiation, and maintaining superior client relations. You will ensure that all projects are delivered successfully, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in civil project management, with a dedicated focus on Residential, Compound precast villas (over 150 villas) is essential.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required. A Master's Degree and a Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) are a significant plus.
• Project Lifecycle Expertise: Proven experience in managing and overseeing the full project lifecycle methodologies (planning, design, construction, completion).
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction best practices and material specifications, with an expert ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Business Acumen: Strong background in budget management, cost estimation, contract management, and client relations.
