Job Description

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a meticulous Purchasing Officer responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring all hotel supplies, equipment, and materials. This role ensures cost-effectiveness and quality control across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, for all hotel departments (F&B, Engineering, Housekeeping).
  • Source and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to secure favorable terms.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods.
  • Monitor market trends and maintain accurate purchasing records and databases.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) as a Purchasing Officer or similar procurement role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation skills and cost management expertise.
  • Knowledge of F&B and general hotel supplies and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
