The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring all necessary materials, equipment, and services for roads and infrastructure projects. This role requires managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining inventory levels, and securing materials at the best value while adhering to quality specifications and company policy.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and managing large purchase orders.
• Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain logistics.
