Job Description

As the first point of contact, you are the welcoming ambassador of Orange Wheels. You will manage all incoming customer traffic, handle sales transactions, and provide crucial information to guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes.
  • Sales & Cash Handling: Execute Sales and Cash Handling procedures accurately, including POS transactions, membership sales, and reconciliation of daily takings.
  • Information Management: Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and provide detailed, accurate information about services, packages, and events.
  • Lobby Management: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and manage visitor flow to minimize wait times.
  • Service Excellence: Proactively address guest inquiries and demonstrate exceptional Customer Service Skills.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Customer Service Skills and experience with high-volume customer interaction.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Cash Handling and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Arabic-speaking ability is highly preferred.
