Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. The role requires experience in high-end hospitality to ensure all guest interactionsβ€”from reservations to greetingsβ€”are handled efficiently and with excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Handle guest reservations and manage the booking calendar/system accurately.
  • Provide information about the establishment's services and local area when requested.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
  • Assist the management team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience in high-end hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
