Prudent Equipment Trading is hiring a Sales Coordinator to provide crucial administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role ensures smooth workflow between sales, logistics, and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Engineers with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, filing, and managing sales documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and installations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding order status and inquiries.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining the client database.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales coordination or administration is required.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas industries preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
