Job Description

The Hope English School is seeking a Head of Inclusion / SEN Education Teacher who can provide strategic leadership in supporting students with special educational needs.

This role requires passion for inclusive education, collaboration with staff, and ensuring every learner achieves their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEN strategies and support systems.
  • Collaborate with teachers to tailor lessons for individual student needs.
  • Monitor student progress and provide professional guidance to staff.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in SEN education and child development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE school experience.
