Hiring Now: Experienced SENCO Coordinator – Sharjah
We are looking for an experienced SENCO Coordinator to support students of determination and ensure inclusive education practices are implemented and maintained at our Sharjah campus. Immediate joining is required for this critical role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the provision for all Students of Determination (SEND) within the school.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure student needs are met.
  • Lead and train staff on best practices for inclusion and special educational needs.
Application Note: Candidate must currently be located in the UAE, and immediate joining is required.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in SEN / inclusion
  • Strong knowledge of UAE SEN regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • IEP development and monitoring
  • Immediate Joining
