Job Description

The Senior Manager - Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the entire digital marketing function, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis. This role requires a visionary leader capable of blending premium brand identity with cutting-edge digital tactics to deliver exceptional business results and enhance the brand's visibility across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content, and Affiliates).
• Oversee and optimize the company's digital advertising budget and campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage the company's website and e-commerce platform, focusing on user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and inform future strategies.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team or external agencies.
• Ensure all digital activities align with the premium brand image and business objectives.

Experience: 10 – 14 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the premium, luxury, or furniture/home goods sector.

Education: Masters / MBA / Any relevant Post Graduate (PG) degree.

Skills & Knowledge: Deep expertise in SEO, paid media (Google, social platforms), analytics, and e-commerce management. Strong leadership and communication skills.
