Job Description

BESTWAY FACADE CO. LLC is seeking experienced Site Fitters responsible for the precision installation of manufactured facade elements (aluminum, glass, cladding) onto the building structure at project sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Install facade components (e.g., curtain wall panels, cladding, glazing) accurately according to site drawings and supervisor instructions.
  • Utilize hand tools, rigging equipment, and safety gear correctly.
  • Ensure the quality of installation work and adhere to all site safety regulations.
  • Work efficiently as part of the installation team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) as a Site Fitter or Installer, specifically working with facade systems.
  • Proficiency in reading installation drawings and using relevant tools.
  • Commitment to site safety and working at heights.
