Spa Therapist

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a qualified Spa Therapist to provide exceptional massage, body, and beauty treatments to hotel guests. This role requires professional certification and a focus on providing a relaxing and high-quality wellness experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of professional massage therapies and body treatments as booked by guests.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess client needs and contraindications.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and professional appearance of the treatment rooms.
• Promote and upsell spa products and services to clients respectfully.

Requirements:

• Professional certification and a recognized diploma in Massage Therapy or Aesthetics are mandatory.
• Previous experience (3+ years) as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or high-end spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various treatment techniques.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
