Key Skills & Requirements (Expected Industry Standards):

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Coaching: Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
  • Performance Management: Skilled in monitoring team performance, setting KPIs, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Target Focus: Highly goal-oriented with a history of achieving targets both personally and through a team.
